However, the current legal system is often overwhelmed, slow, and not as solution-oriented as may people would like. After several years of litigation practice these realities frustrated me as much as my clients and I transitioned into business practice. When both parties are motivated to make “a deal” a solution can usually be found, and that is truly rewarding to me as a lawyer. Billing Philosophy

Whenever possible, I will provide fixed fee quotes to advance your matter to established points in the dispute resolution process.  In my experience, the idea of an unknown legal bill can be intimidating and may form a barrier to taking action.  By working with you to set a clear budget I will progress your matter either to trial or through settlement to be best of my abilities within that agreed fee structure.
